| 内容記述 | This paper refers that human thought behavior is a core function of the days and that the function is regarded as an energy of the creative days for a business resources to rehabilitate the society, and here the paper finds the value of a human thought behavior. The value conducted from this proposition shows the psychological richness in the process of self-development, during which people recognize their personal role and the social richness is also added to individual social recognition. With these ideas in mind, I examine the individual based internal factors as human thought behavior from three main internal human factors. They are feelings, significance and meanings whose behaviors are formed by personal experiences and by utilizing them I develop a further consideration about human resources values, which are created through social processes such as ability, object and action. In a digitalized society, human thinking way tends to be symbolized. In our daily life when we behave ourselves as instructed, we fulfill the minimum necessity, which is understood as “modern rationalism". If so, how we act positively and join the society is an answer to find values by human actions and socially-minded behaviors. We are a human resource who can get along with modern technology and we，not as a member of social organization, but as a member who makes use of ourselves in the organization, have to exert ourselves to function actively. Human behavior complies an individual introspection and expectation in its developing process for intentional behaviors, which are based on various complications. And these complicationslead to individual mental richness. They also contain that these behaviors produced a social richness in which we human being exist. |
